Vibrating Screen Bearings

• The cage is made of zinc brass, with low strength and poor elasticity

Special bearings for vibrating screen

• The inner and outer rings adopt Bainite mixed quenching or quenched martensite and high-temperature tempering, so that they have uniform hardness ,low internal stress ,good toughness, impact and vibration resistance
• It has good stability when working within 150℃.

Ordinary bearings

The inner and outer rings adopt ordinary quenching method, with poor toughness, poor impact resistance and vibration performance, poor impact resistance and vibration performance, and poor thermal stability.

Vibrating Screen Bearings

• Ordinary P0 precision tolerance (partial P6-level standard)
• The size of the rolling body varies from each other ≤0.005.
• The cylindrical roller has no convexity.
• Partial raceways are only polished and have low finish.

Special bearings for vibration

• The clearance is produced according to the requirements of vibration machinery, the range is controlled in a small range, and the consistency is good.

Ordinary bearings

• The clearance is generally produced according to the standard group or C3 group. The clearance of mining machinery bearings is small, or the range and discreteness is large and discrete.
